At Campspot, we are a remote-first company with full-time employees located throughout North America. What does that mean? - All employees are authorized to work from home, and most employees will work from home most of the time. - The default for collaboration and meetings is virtual, and we use a variety of tools for remote collaboration. - We have employees in several adjacent time zones, and most employees work a standard ~8 hour/day schedule according to their home time zone. While most of our employees will work from home most of the time, we also recognize the value of in-person camaraderie and collaboration. This is why we have three main hub locations where we prioritize our hiring efforts to create a sense of community among our employees. Our headquarters is in Grand Rapids, where we also have a physical office location.
